At our core DevBlue has a DevOps culture.  We stress small, multidisciplinary teams, who work autonomously and take collective accountability for how actual users experience their services. It is our belief that there is no better calling than doing everything that we can towards making our customers’ experience better.

The DevBlue teams apply agile practices that always include operations in our team responsibilities. Our teams work in small batches, focus on improving the end-to-end delivery of customer value, and strive to eliminate waste and impediments along the way. There are no silos and no blame games, because the team is mutually accountable.
